Ingredients
1 measuring cup of water 200 ml

350 ml of water (1 cup + 1 finger less than 1 cup)
5 grams of ground yeast (1 teaspoon)
12 grams of granulated sugar (1 tablespoon)
12 grams of salt (1 teaspoon)

400 grams of ground meat
1 medium onion
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1 tablespoon of pomegranate syrup

Method
Put the flour in a mixing bowl, make a hole in the middle. Add the yeast
and sugar, make sure the water is warm. Add a small amount of water and wait for about 5 minutes until the yeast is activated, then add the remaining water slowly and in a controlled manner and knead the dough (each flour has different properties, use less water or more flour). Put the flour on the counter, put the dough on the counter. Gather the dough. Then cover it tightly and let it ferment for 30 minutes. Finally. Divide the dough into 20 equal parts and divide it into pieces, then pour oil into a small tray, then dip the dough in oil from top to bottom, cover it and let it ferment for 20 minutes. After the time has passed, open the dough with your hand, if it ferments, it will dissolve. Put the remaining oil on the bottom of the tray little by little, then place everything on the baking tray as in the video. Divide the minced meat into pieces (square-shaped) into 20 pieces, divide it equally on the fermented dough and press it on them. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees
