The simplest cake
INGREDIENTS
For 10 to 12 people
6 large eggs and 2 egg whites
300 gr flour
300 gr sugar
60 ml oil
1 orange
1 lemon
10 gr baking powder
1 pinch salt
Butter for the mold

Separate the egg whites and yolks into two separate bowls. Combine
the egg whites with a pinch of salt, when the egg whites are white add half the sugar. Continue beating until it reaches a solid point.
Add the sugar to the bowl with the yolks and beat until it becomes white.
Add the oil, orange zest and lemon zest.
