Cherry Cake
For the cake
* 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
* 1 cup green chard minus one finger
* 1 cup milk minus one finger
-1 pack green beans
2 packs baking powder
* 2 cups + 1 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoons cocoa
. 3 tablespoons milk
. 1.5 cups pitted shells
For chrome
4 cups lache
. A little more than 1/2 cup sugar
. 2 tablespoons starch
. 2 tablespoons flour
80 grams butter (for beating after mixing)
For ganache
1 pack cream
180 grams bitter or milk chocolate
Cake proportions
1- Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Add the milk and roasted olive oil, mix well, then
add the flour, baking powder and vanilla. Beat until combined.
2- Pour 3/4 of the mixture into a large, greased rectangular pan. 3- Add cocoa and milk to the remaining mixture, mix well and pour over the remaining batter in the pan. Place the hearts on the batter.
4- Bake in a preheated oven at 180"C for 25-30 minutes, keeping an eye on it.
Making chrome
1- Cook milk, sugar, flour and starch in a saucepan until thickened
2- Let it cool and then add the melted milk and chocolate
3- Pour the cream over the cake
Making ganache
1- Heat the cream to boiling point, remove from the stove and add the chocolate. Stir until melted and well combined.
2- Cool slightly and pour over the cake.
3- Refrigerate overnight before serving. Enjoy
