Nutella Cookies

A perfect recipe for cookies that are soft on the inside and crispy on the outside

INGREDIENTS: (For 10 cookies)

* 125g butter at room temperature
* 85g sugar
* 85g brown sugar
* 1 egg
* 300g flour
* 1 vanilla pod or vanilla extract
* 1 pinch salt
* 1/2 package baking powder
* Nutella
* Hazelnuts

PREPARATION:

1- On a baking tray covered with baking paper, place spoonfuls of Nutella in balls and refrigerate until firm.
2- In a bowl, beat the butter with two types of sugar.
Add the egg and vanilla and continue beating.
3- Add the flour, salt and baking powder and knead well until you obtain a homogeneous dough. Then add the hazelnuts. 4- Place the cookie dough balls on a baking tray covered with baking paper, leaving space between them. Make a hole in the middle, put a ball of Nutella and cover with more dough.

5- Bake at 180 degrees for 17 minutes.

Keep a close eye on the cooking! Don't worry if they look soft,
as they will continue to cook when you take them out of the oven.

If you don't eat them right away and they have cooled down,
warm them up a bit in the microwave before serving.
