Hazelnut bars

Ingredients
(Approximately 30 pieces)
Cookie base

* 180 gr soft butter
* 60 gr powdered sugar
* 1-2 tsp vanilla paste
340 gr flour
1- Knead all ingredients well, wrap the dough in cling film and
refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2- Roll out the dough (not too thin), cut into strips or use cutters to shape. You can choose different sizes or shapes according to your preference. 3- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 "C (top and bottom heat) for about 15 minutes. Let it cool.
Filling:
* 60 gr soft butter
* 450 gr nougat (can be replaced with chocolate spread, Nutella, dulce de leche, etc.)
* Whole roasted hazelnuts
Topping:
* 2 packs of cake cream
* 50 gr white chocolate sauce for decoration
1- Beat the butter and nougat until you have a smooth mixture.
Using a pastry bag, apply the filling to the cookie bases.
2- Press a hazelnut onto each cookie and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
3- Melt the cake cream and dip the bars in it.
Decorate with melted white chocolate sauce.
