Cookies that melt in your mouth like sand, the delicious smell of butter is mind-blowing
Whether with tea or in a children's lunchbox
* Difficulty level: Very easy
Ingredients:
- 125 grams of butter at room temperature
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tea glass of oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of grape vinegar
- Add 2.5 cups of flour (the cup size is 250 ml) and knead.
- 1 egg yolk
- Sesame seeds
- Black cumin
Preparation:
First, put the butter in a suitable mixing bowl and add the egg yolk, yogurt, salt
- Add the sugar and vinegar and start mixing, then add half of the flour and continue mixing
- Then add the remaining flour and finally the baking salt until you get a dough. - Make a soft dough and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes. After it has rested, take walnut-sized pieces from the dough and shape them into salty cookies like I did or shape them in different shapes, place them on a baking tray and brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame or black cumin seeds and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden brown. Enjoy!
