Brownie Cookies
Ingredients
Makes about 8-10 cookies, depending on size
200g dark chocolate
2 eggs
40g butter
75g flour
100g brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp baking powder
Chocolate chips or pieces (optional)
Instructions:
1- Melt chocolate and butter in microwave,
then mix well.
- Beat eggs and sugar by hand, then fold in chocolate and butter mixture.
- Add flour and baking powder, mix gently.
Fold in chocolate chips (optional).
4- Let dough rest in fridge for at least 30-15 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 160C. Using a spoon, form small dough cubes on baking tray and flatten slightly.
5- Top each cookie with large chocolate chips.
Bake at 160℃ for 12 minutes. - After baking the cookies, let them cool on the baking sheet,
do not touch them to prevent them from breaking.
If you wish, you can diversify the flavor by adding nuts or dried fruit.
